Backgrounds

Somehow I always find myself making illustrations without a real background.
And with background I don't mean just a background colour.
Somehow I tend to "forget" the whole package, and just go with the idea I already have.
So.. I'm gonna challenge myself to think about the background more and come up with a new full colour design.

Any tips or tricks are always welcome!

I don't actually know why, but some time ago I decided to illustrate a camel.
Just because they look so funny and all.
Here's the result (so far)
I'm not totally satisfied yet because it's just an illustration of a camel.
I feel there's just something missing.
